1. Extrusion Lines

Our facility has 7 extrusion presses from Cheng Hua, Taiwan. Our annual production capacity is 25,000 metric tons per year.

2. Powder-Coating Lines

ALINCO has 2 vertical powder coating lines (one line with single conveyor and the other with double conveyor) with a capacity of 20,000 tons per year. To assure our quality we have a well-established in-house testing laboratory to maintain our compliance with QUALICOAT standards:

3. Anodizing Line

The anodizing process involves creating a protective oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum. Alinco follows the QUALANOD quality standards and holds QUALANOD certification, which ensures that their anodizing process meets the required industry standards.

Alinco offers a range of anodizing matte colors including silver (A200), champagne (A250), light bronze (A300), medium bronze (A400, A500), dark bronze (A600) and black (A700).

These finishes are achieved with thicknesses ranging from 8 to 25 microns. The thickness can vary depending on the specific requirements of the customer or application.

4. Die Manufacturing Line

We are pioneers in the Saudi Arabian extrusion industry, being among the first companies to establish an in-house facility for manufacturing dies and supporting tools. Since then, we have experienced significant growth, now our capacity is 150 dies each month.

Our professional die design and manufacturing facility has (CADD & CAM) operated CNC machines. These include wire-cut EDM, EDM and VMC, conventional milling machines and Heat Treatment Furnaces. This comprehensive range of machinery allows us to efficiently produce high-quality extrusion dies.

Our highly skilled and experienced team, with a collective expertise of over 20 years in the design, manufacturing, and correction of extrusion dies. Their vast knowledge and proficiency ensure that we consistently deliver dies of exceptional quality and precision.

5. Thermal Break Crimping Production Line

Thermal crimping refers to the process of inserting a polyamide strip, acting as an insulating barrier, between two profile frames. ALINCO has a specialized thermal crimping line, enabling us to offer our customers thermally broken profiles designed for various applications. These profiles contribute to energy conservation, minimize water condensation, and reduce external noise. The monthly production capacity is approximately 250 tons. The maximum sizes for profiles are 250 mm width and 400 mm height.

6. Casting Line

Recyclability: Aluminum is highly recyclable, it can be melted down and reused repeatedly without losing its quality. Recycling aluminum requires significantly less energy compared to producing it from raw materials. By choosing products made from recycled aluminum, it will offer the opportunity to reduce the impact on our environment.

Nearly 20% of Alinco’s total production is based on recycled aluminum billets being produced at Alinco’s casting facilities.Our casting line production capacity is 1,500 tons per month.

7. Prestige Kitchens and Windows Fabrication Lines

In 2018, ALINCO developed PRESTIGE ALUMINUM SYSTEMS, our new brand that started its production the same year.“Prestige Aluminum Systems is the very first Saudi Arabian aluminum systems.” Our perfect solutions for sliding, hinged, facades and curtain walls aluminum.
